The Menshevik Party is currently the second largest grossing political party within the Arcan Federation. The Mensheviks believe in a mixture of Trotskyist and Leninist ideologies. The party calls for Universal Communism, as according to Trotskyist belief; since capitalism is an international system, the only way to truly replace it in one country is to eliminate it entirely. The Mensheviks are in direct opposition of Authority Party ideologies, and favor democractically-elected political officials over any form of authoritarian and/or monarchist officials. However, the party does not think that the Modernists extend their democratic principles far enough for the good of the people to be achieved. As well, the party opposes trade with capitalist nations, and believes in the concept of "permanent revolution" (which, as described by the Menshevik Party, is the concept that all political officials should leave elected office permanently after a certain number of years, so as to keep the interests of the newer generations prominent).
